docs: update project documentation with workspace layout and CLI details dcd40e2046

fix: audit fixes across library, editor and CLI f025463d6b

- editor: invalid in-progress edits no longer crash preview/useReelEditor
- assets: fetch timeout, atomic cache writes, re-stage edited local files
- text duration off-by-one; validate trim end > start
- CLI: validate numeric flags and codec
- Remotion: startFrom/endAt -> trimBefore/trimAfter
- preview aspect ratio from config; playground serves example assets
- remove dead code (resolvePosition, duplicate src resolver)
